RESIDENTIAL GUIDELINES FOR SERVICE:

Best Care Cleaning Service supplies all chemicals necessary to complete the job and supplies the vacuum. Customer reserves the right to make substitutions, but must furnish said chemicals. Main services provided are general cleaning and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, or make-ready.

GENERAL CLEANING - Pricing is based on the size of the house, frequency of service and route location. Major Highlights are:

Bathrooms

1. Clean bathtub
2. Clean shower stall
3. Clean walls and glass doors
4. Clean outside bathroom cabinets
5. Clean commodes
6. Clean sinks
7. Clean mirrors
8. Dust
9. Sweep and mop floors
10. Polish fixtures

Bedrooms

1. Bed - leave clean sheets on bed to be changed
2. Clean window sills
3. Dust ceiling fans
4. Dust & polish all furniture
5. Vacuum carpet

Kitchen

1. Clean sink - if dirty dishes in sink, they will be rinsed with hot water and loaded in dishwasher
2. Clean countertops
3. Clean microwave oven
4. Clean outside of oven
5. Clean stove top and grease pans
6. Clean outside of cabinets
7. Clean outside and top of refrigerator
8. Sweep and mop floors

Rest of home

1. Vacuum carpet
2. Dust and polish furniture
3. Clean window sills
4. Clean light switches
5. Dust ceiling fans
6. Dust mini blinds
7. Dust baseboards
8. Neatly stack newspapers & magazines
9. Remove trash and place in appropriate container

DEEP CLEANING, MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT OR MAKE READY - Prices are quoted on an hourly basis depending on the condition of the home. Checklists are created for each specific job.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: Cash, checks or credit cards are accepted.
